Academic Blogs and Course Websites

Blogs

Globalization and Contemporary Literature. A blog designed for graduate students currently enrolled in my course on contemporary literature and the transnationalizing of literary studies.

Networked Public Culture. A blog I used for my graduate course on internet culture and the future of academic publishing. I'm not posting much here currently but there are a lot of resources if you're interested in the topic.

The Future of Academic Publishing. A new blog I want to use to explore the changing nature of academic publishing as work in the sciences and humanities moves to online publishing. Lots of links here to news, relevant documents, proposals, and other sites.

In Search of Gandhi's India. In July of 2008 I traveled on a Fulbright-Hays Fellowship throughout India with a group of educators to explore the impact of Gandhi's thought on a range of institutions and social service organizations. This blog contains a narrative of our trip and some discussion of the issues explored with a wide range of social activists we met with.
